Robert F Bisconti, Jr. is currently (as of 10/2014) a Captain, United States Army, Engineering Officer. He is an Assistant Group Engineer for the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) at Fort Carson, Colorado.

Robert is responsible for construction projects and future area development for Special Forces Groups in Colorado and abroad in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for meritorious service while assigned to the Combined Special Operations Task Force-10 as the Deputy Chief of Staff and Task Force Engineer during his last tour in spring 2014.

Robert was Battalion Assistant Plans Officer for the 11th Engineer Battalion- Fort Benning, Georgia from 2012-2013.

Robert was previously deployed in spring 2011 with the 75th Ranger Regiment as a task force engineer working with the Joint Special Operations Task Force in Kabul, Afghanistan. He was commissioned from Georgetown University Army ROTC in May 2009. He graduated from The Catholic University of America in May 2009 and graduated from Bronxville High School in 2005.
